① 首先剝?nèi)ル娎|外護(hù)套皮
外護(hù)套皮剝?nèi)サ拈L(zhǎng)度應(yīng)小于電纜盒內(nèi)腔的有效長(zhǎng)度。

First, peel off the outer sheath of cable
Peeled length of outer sheath should be smaller than the effective length of inner
chamber of cable box.

② 不需剝?nèi)サ碾娎|的絕緣皮，接頭完全絕緣；不需截?cái)嘀麟娎|，可在電纜任意位置做分支。
It is unnecessary to peel off the insulating sheath of cable, the joint is fully insulated; it is unnecessary to cut off the main cable, we can make branch at any position of cable.
③ 按照下列步驟安裝絕緣穿刺線夾
Install the insulation piercing connector according to the following procedures


1.將斷面整齊的支線插入分支器蓋套 Insert branch line into the casing cover of connector	2.將分支器固定于主干線連接處，然后用力擰緊力矩螺母 Fix clamp on the joint of main line,then twist firmly by hand.	3. 用六角套筒扳手垂直擰緊力矩螺母至螺帽斷開(kāi)為止 Vertically twist moment screw to break screw cap with hexagonal set spanner.	4. 繼續(xù)用力旋緊螺母直到頂端斷裂脫落 Vertically twist moment screw to break screw cap with hexagonal set spanner.

④ 安裝后的遂道分支防水接線盒在分支中呈等距離狀分布。
Tunnel branching waterproof junction box after installation presents equidistance distribution among the branches.

二、安裝方法 Installation methods

遂道分支防水接線盒均使用膨脹螺栓固定于隧道壁上，在隧道側(cè)壁的水平位置上，孔深40mm，將 M6 膨脹螺栓塞入孔中，套上穿剌線夾盒安裝支架，然后將M6螺母擰緊。

Tunnel branching waterproof junction box is fixed on the tunnel wall in horizontal position with expansion bolts, hole depth is 40mm, set expansion bolts of M6 into the hole, install the supporting rack of piercing connector box, then tighten the M6 nuts.

三、適用說(shuō)明 Application description




將支線剝?nèi)ヒ欢ㄩL(zhǎng)度的外護(hù)套，穿過(guò)尼龍防水頭。 Peel off a certain length of the outer sheath of branch line, and put through the nylon waterproof joint.	根據(jù)具體情況、需求安裝線夾，注意線夾在帶電安裝過(guò)程中應(yīng)戴上絕緣手套，每個(gè)線夾位置應(yīng)錯(cuò)開(kāi)，以便下一步安裝。 Install the connectors according to actual conditions and remands, pay attention to wearing insulating gloves when installing the connectors under live condition, connectors should be staggered from each other, make it convenient for next mounting procedure.

將電纜沿橡膠開(kāi)口處卡入，并放在防水盒兩端，橡膠開(kāi)口處應(yīng)調(diào) 整至與防水盒上下蓋接縫處平行！ Set the cable along the rubber opening, place it on two sides of waterproof box, rubber opening should be parallel with the joining part of upper and lower covers of waterproof box!	合上蓋子，將螺絲擰緊（注:安裝6個(gè)螺絲時(shí)應(yīng)初步每個(gè)進(jìn)行固定再進(jìn)行擰緊）。再順時(shí)針擰緊支線處防水尼龍頭。 Close the cover, tighten the screws (note: when mounting the 6 screws, shall fix each of them preliminarily, then tighten).
